Returns & Exchanges Policy

        At HM Gift Collection, all sales are considered final with the exception of cases that strictly meet our return criteria as outlined below.


 

           Return Window

 

         We offer a 30-day return policy. Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. No exceptions will be made beyond this period.


 

           Eligibility Criteria

 

           To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in brand-new condition, unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and protective inserts intact.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will be automatically rejected and not refunded.

 

           Initiating a Return

 

          To request a return, email us at hmgiftcollection@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
          Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Returns must be sent to the specified address provided in the instructions. Returns sent without authorization or to the wrong address will not be processed.

 

           Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

          If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will review the case and provide resolution instructions. Claims made after this window may not be accepted.

 

           Non-Returnable Items

 

            The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Personalized or custom-made products that were performed strictly according to the buyer's order

          If you are unsure about the return eligibility of a product, please contact us before placing your order.

 

           Exchanges

 

          We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please complete the return process (if eligible), and place a new order separately.

 

           Refunds

 

          Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at hmgiftcollection@gmail.com.
