            Processing Time

 

           All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

           Please note: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

 

            Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

           We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

            Order Tracking

 

          Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

 

            Shipping Locations

 

           We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

            Delays or Issues

 

           We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. In case of a lost or stolen package marked as "delivered," please contact the shipping carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered.

 

            Address Changes

 

           If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hmgiftcollection@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.
