Glass was shattered. Decanter was cracked. Comes in a box with no bubble wrap or cushion. It's been a month+. I sent them a picture of the shattered glass. The rest was literally 'dust'. They are asking for more pics which is fair, but I didn't 'store' the shattered glass in my house so don't have more pics to take. Still waiting on a resolution.
