Great customer service! The writing that I submitted was too large to put on the bottom of the glass and they notified me promptly of the issue and worked with me to reformat my message. Overall, it was a great experience and purchase.

Glass was made beautifully, very good quality. There was a mix up on the arrangement of hand writing and picture. There was a picture on the add with the picture on the bottom of the glass, so this is what I had requested. When the glass came the picture was on the side. I reached out to customer service they said the pictures couldn't be on bottom the of glass. Which is fine, but would have been nice to have been messaged and warned about this, as well as that the ad didn't show this as an example. Overall still a beautiful and quality glass so I decided to keep it and still give 4 stars. Just note, pictures on bottom of glass are unlikely to work even though it's advertised that it can be done.
